There's that need to be with people who can advance our cause. It should be considered that these people work for the greater good and at the same time they invoke the purpose of each man to be the greatest good that he can be.
" It's impossible to live without others." This is not a matter of intimacy but on an objective point of view. For if we live for ourselves, we degraded ourselves to a vapor in a wind or a dry leaf that falls off from a tree. We need other people as they, too, need us. Each and one of us are related to one another but there will always be that set of people who energize us to become the persons that we're ought to be and at the same time to help us carry our heavy baggages whenever we are falling. As iron sharpens iron, so does man's character forged by his fellow man.
There's power in collective action. Understanding this, we should take the time to understand the dynamics of collectivism so that we may harness its potential to do the good.
And in concrete terms, each and one of us are called to be leaders not only for others but for ourselves. We are called to be leaders not for the sake of leading, fame or power but for the sake of alleviating ourselves and others towards something greater than challenges, obstacles and aspirations. This purpose is called "Life" which our Creator gave us. This not only mean our biological life but it encompasses the life that goes beyond us, others and eventually to the One who gave it to us at the first place.
For those who have fallen and given up, let us continue to pray and live for them.
At all cost, choose Life. Lead yourself. Lead others. Lead your Life to the fullest.
Take Action:
1) Identify the areas of your life which you can influence and focus in those areas. Eventually, this circle of influence will expand.
2) Spend your time with friends who share the same interests. Invest time with people who can help you grow and develop.
3) Get out of your "comfort zone." Comfort zone is a distorted reality. It doesn't exist at the first place. Explore, Experience, Reflect, Live.
"Pain is temporary. But quitting is forever. Don't quit." - Lance Armstrong, 7 Time Champion of The Tours De France and Cancer Survivor
